Mary can offer workshops to individuals and groups visiting the Island teaching how to create a Freehand Celtic Knot using the techniques she uses in her artwork, and how to use them for prayer and meditation.
A basic workshop takes an hour.
Mary can also give talks about her work, inspiration and life on the Island, a talk can take between 30 and 60 minutes and works best if followed by a workshop.
Charges are per hour and include materials but not venue.
Groups will need to book a space on the Island that can offer tables to work on *

One to one tuition - £30
One to two tuition - £25 per person
Up to 5 people - £45
6 to 10 people - £55
Groups larger than 10 will need to be split into two sessions
Talks £50
*Groups at Marygate can usually use the reading rooms and smaller numbers can use the sitting room at Cambridge House. Groups staying at the Open Gate can usually use the dining area. Larger groups may be able to book St Cuthbert's or the Village Hall but a fee will be charged.
